5 Things to Do while RVing
October 14th, 2020
Paint your RV this weekβΒ Roll on or spray? ποΈ
One of my friends, who we RV with quite a bit, has (how should I say this delicately) an older, more used RVπ©Ήβ¦ I immediately thought of her when I ran across this Pinterest article regarding Painting an RV. ποΈ Most people think this requires a spray gun with a bubble suit and goggles to match but after reading this article I think using a roll-on paint roller to paint the exterior might just work. Now I need to figure out how to delicately convince her. And how about taking those old decals off too?
Choose Solar Outdoor Table LampsβΒ Which one should I choose?

4 years ago I purchased βsolar table lampsβ for the gazebo area of our outdoor patio simply because I wanted to read π outside at night but didnβt have an electrical outlet near by. (The βtime changeβ β° drives me nuts!) Now I want some for the RV but canβt seem to find the same ones. Here are a few Iβm thinking about. Do you have some suggestions?
Recipe Iβm Dying to Make βΒ Apple Cider Doughnut Cake
Growing up in a small township in Ohio I remember Halloween π very well. I used to paint Halloween π designs on one of the store windows in order to win a blue ribbon. We would have a Halloween costume parade walking around our small downtown block and then listen carefully to see if my name was called for Best Window Painting or Best Costume. Then we walked to the π firehouse station where we were served a glass of Apple Cider and a powdered sugar doughnut. Need I say anything more for why this Apple Cider Doughnut Cake is one of my favorite Fall recipes? π
Tracking RV Tax Deductions β Can I and Should I?
Heather Ryan is The Tax Queen and lives the RV lifestyle full-time. She has some very straight forward answers for those who RV full-time and/or use the RV for business purposes. This is the time of year when I pull up my RV Trip Diary App and go over all the trips π we took this year and make sure all of our receipts π§Ύ have been attached.
Clean the RV βΒ Fabuloso and Himalayan Salt Night Light
Every time we return from a trip, I clean the entire inside of the RV. I like to use 2 specific cleaning productsβ¦
With the Covid-19 issue still prevalent, I use a disinfectant first to clean the entire RV top to bottom before using my Fabuloso. I just like the lavender clean smell it leaves in the air. Then I turn on my Himalayan Salt Night Light to absorb the dust and release the negative air. This Himalayan Salt Night Light emits an electromagnetic wave which regulates and suppresses high-frequency waves generated by electric digital devices. No wonder everyone says I have a βglowβ to me.
P.S. What I really want you to do (if you havenβt already) Β βΒ Guess How Many Candy Corns are in my Mason Jar. You could win a nice prize. ππππ. Contest ends Friday, October 23rd.
